Shipping and Delivery

All orders must be placed via our website to ensure accuracy and protect your personal information. We do not accept telephone or verbal orders.
We ship within Australia only. In line with Australia Post’s restricted and prohibited items policy, international shipping is not available.
Prices include GST for Australian customers. Due to market fluctuations in essential oil pricing, product prices are subject to change without notice. Confirmed and paid orders will be honoured at the agreed price.

We offer the following shipping and delivery options:

Local Delivery
Delivery within 3–5 business days to eligible local areas (Camden, Camden South, Camden Park, Elderslie)

Standard Shipping
Flat rate delivery across Australia. Estimated delivery time is 3–5 business days.
Express Shipping
Faster delivery option for urgent orders. Estimated delivery time is 2–3 business days.

All shipping options are fulfilled via Australia Post and include tracking for your peace of mind.

Please ensure your delivery address is correct when placing your order.
If you are unavailable to receive your delivery, Australia Post may leave your parcel in a safe location or card for collection.
