We take great care in crafting and packaging our essential oils to support your natural wellness journey. To ensure the integrity and quality of our products, please review our Returns & Refunds Policy carefully before placing your order.

We offer Replacements and Refunds in the following circumstances:

1. Damaged in Transit

  • Eligibility: Replacement or Refund

  • We carefully package every order, but if your item arrives damaged, please email us within 48 hours of delivery at nicolegunn777@gmail.com

  • Include a clear photo of the damaged product and packaging.

  • Once verified, we will notify you and:

    • Ship a replacement at no extra cost, or

    • Process a refund to your original payment method.

  • Standard delivery times of up to 5 business days apply for replacements.

2. Incorrect Product Sent

  • Eligibility: Replacement

  • If we’ve sent you the wrong product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo of the incorrect item.

  • Once verified, we will arrange for the correct item to be shipped immediately, at no extra cost to you.

  • Standard delivery times of up to 5 business days apply.

Exclusions

To maintain the highest standards of hygiene and product integrity, we cannot accept returns, refunds, or exchanges in the following circumstances:

  • Opened or used essential oil bottles

  • Change of mind or incorrect product choice

  • Skin sensitivities or reactions (please read our health disclaimers below)

  • Sale or clearance items

  • Gift cards

If you’ve purchased a product in error or find it unsuitable, we recommend gifting it to someone who may enjoy the benefits of natural wellness.

Health & Safety Disclaimer

Our essential oil blends are intentionally formulated at a high dilution of 33% essential oils in jojoba oil, designed for natural perfume wear, self-care rituals or targeted pulse-point application. While these blends are safe for everyday topical use, their potency means they are not intended for full-body application, use on sensitive skin, or children.

Due to the high concentration of essential oils, we strongly advise customers with sensitive skin, known allergies, or underlying health conditions to perform a patch test prior to use and assess personal suitability. If you are pregnant, nursing, or under medical supervision, please consult a qualified healthcare professional before using our products.

Refunds & Processing Times

  • Replacements: Processed within 5 business days of verifying your request.

  • Refunds: Issued to your original payment method within 7 business days. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
